The Commerce Department has amended its original decision, removing the downward adjustment for Sentury’s export price and assigning it a dumping margin of 1.45%.
The recalculated export price includes the revised dumping margin of 1.27%, the same as for Davanti tyres. Commerce must file a joint appendix by February 25, 2022.
